Malaghan Street Unit Renovation
This small unit set on Queenstown Hill had plenty of potential with an internal facelift. Great views but limited outdoor space. The new deck extends the outdoor living and allows you to enjoy the views. Internally it was dated but withnew kitchen, fixtures, paint through out and some feature walls was freshened up and ready for new tenants.

Process & Services
Working with the existing structure and exposed timber beams all the internal walls were insulated and lined for improved sound proofing.
The new kitchen and appliances gave it a clean modern look and a much more usable space.
Feature walls and new paint also brightened up the spaces and gave a warmer feel.
Finally the timber deck maximised the outdoor living and really allows to take in the breathtaking Queenstown views.
